Single-part silicone rubber presented as viscosity fluid or paste glue that composite ofsilicone,SiO2 and AI203 ,which can vulcanize into high performance elastomer, featuring high performance of thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, adhesion and sealant.
This product exhibits excellent adhesion with variety of substrates such as metal glass and ceramic, etc. This material offers high tensile resistance , vibrate resistance and Impact resistance in the temperature range from -60℃ to 200℃ ,which is widely used in various electronic components.
