Before we recommend cleaning, every printhead undergoes a professional assessment to determine whether recovery is commercially and technically viable. Some printheads arrive with dried ink, electrical failure, damaged nozzle plates or internal blockages that make cleaning uneconomical.

Ink path / flow evaluation
Recovery suitability recommendation

Purchase your Professional Printhead Assessment online.
Carefully package and send your printhead to our workshop.
We complete a comprehensive assessment and provide a professional condition report.
If your printhead is suitable for cleaning, your $120 assessment fee is credited toward the full cleaning service.
If cleaning is not recommended, we'll explain why and recommend the most appropriate next step.
The assessment fee may also be credited toward a replacement printhead purchased from DTGtech within 30 days.
