Processing Time
- Order Fulfillment:
- Each order is custom-made, so processing time typically ranges between
1-3 business days before shipment.

Processing times may extend during high-demand periods such as holidays or sales events.
Shipping Options and Rates
- We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs, including Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and International Shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Free Shipping applies to all orders over the value of $250 - Standard post placed online using the DTGtech web site ordering system.
Free shipping does not apply to bulk discounted orders, Express post, including custom quotes orders and overseas orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australia: 4 –10 business days (Standard). 1–4 business days (Express).
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Limitations
•If your location is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Missing or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:
1. Verify the tracking information provided.
2. Contact our support team at support@dtgtech.com.au with your order details for assistance.
Returns and Exchanges
As our products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.

Out of Stock & Delays
On rare occasions, a particular item ordered may not be in stock in our warehouse. In these situations, we will notify (you) the customer of alternatives. We'll provide a new estimated date or we can cancel the order for a full refund if requested.
